Whichever university you apply to, you need to consider the cost of your tuition and your living costs. These amounts can seem daunting but there's lots of support available to help you finance your studies.

The details in this section are for UK and EU students. If you're from outside the EU, including Channel Island students, there are different arrangements, and you should check the International students section for details.

The information provided relates to undergraduates starting an undergraduate degree in October 2012. Figures for 2013-14 will be published as soon as they're available.

Living costs

'Living costs' cover whatever you need to pay for, excluding tuition fees, while you're at university.

Tuition fees

Cambridge will be charging new UK and EU students tuition fees of £9,000 per year for all undergraduate courses in 2012-13.
