Year 11 and Year 12 Taster Day

This free one-day event will be hosted at the University of Cambridge, and is open to students currently in Year 11 and Year 12. This Taster Day aims to raise student aspiration and give students an idea of what life is like at Cambridge. Sessions from Admissions Tutors will give students advice regarding subject choices, and will provide information regarding the application process. Year 12 students who attend the Taster Day are also recommended to attend the University-wide Open Days (4 and 5 July 2013).

This event is free to all participants and parents and teachers are welcome to attend. However, students must cover their own travel and lunch costs. For more information and to book onto the event please follow the link below:

Year 11 Summer School
This summer the Year 11 Summer School (formerly the Year 11 GEEMA Summer School) will be run as part of the BAME Communities Programme and as such we will not be taking direct applications to the summer school. Students are advised to look at the “Open Days and Events” section of the website for further information about events for students in Year 11.
